Today, I am sharing HOW to make this amazing Healthy Green Smoothie. This Green Smoothie is my #1 favorite. It's perfectly combined, tasty, filling, gives you energy, and contains building blocks to get a stronger immune system.

This Healthy Green Smoothie is so tasty, and contains ZERO bananas! Actually, combining sweet fruits with veggies is NOT optimal, and will make your body struggle to digest it properly. Instead, combining acidic fruit with leafy greens and protein fats will leave your body joyful and being able to digest it well. Yey!

I also created a video to show you HOW to layer a smoothie for it to be blended in an optimal way. These steps will make your smoothie healthy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2,5 dl alkaline, filtered water
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp moringa
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 cup leafy greens (spinach)
  • 1/2 large avocado
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 green apple
  • 1 cm fresh ginger

How to

  • Wash, and prepare the ingredients.
  • Get your smoothie blender and mix it.
  • Layer the ingredients in the order of the list above.
  • After adding the leafy greens, pre-blend the smoothie before adding the rest.
