These SuperBowls are soooo delicious, fugdy, fast to make and actually good for you. It contains a lot of good nutrients and building blocks. AND it puts an end to your cravings. How great is that?

You also might want to double or triple the recipe all depending on how many you are, or how many days you want these. They last at least a week or more in the fridge

Ingredients

You only need your food processor.

  • 100 g dates
  • 15 g gluten-free oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp moringa or a neutral green powder.
  • Shredded coconut to garnish

How

  1. Measure all the ingredients
  2. Add everything in your food processor with the standard S-blade.
  3. Mix until a smooth texture. You don`t want date lumps…
  4. Get a separate bowl with shredded coconut.
  5. Take a teaspoon and make small balls with the dough.
  6. Roll them in your hands, and finally dip them in the shredded coconut to cover the outsides.
  7. Place them on a tray and leave them in the fridge for a couple of hours or overnight.

Snacking does not have to be unhealthy, but I recommend you have ONE time during the day when you allow yourself to snack… It's all about habits. Can be difficult at first but stay consistent for 30 days and it becomes more natural.
