Revitalizing Juice

This amazing and powerful combo can help the body regain it's natural healing forces.

Drinking this can be amazing to defend the body itself from the cold, to cleanse and to natural detox itself.

Ingredients

  • 3 liters alkaline, purified water
  • 3 large, organic lemons
  • 3 large cloves garlic
  • 3 cm fresh ginger
  • Raw honey if you desire a sweeter taste

How to

It's important to choose organic lemons to avoid pesticides.

You'll a large need a casserole with lid.

Cut the lemon in half, and then each half in 4 pieces.

Add the lemons into the casserole and squeeze each piece.

Peel the garlic and squeeze them with the side of your knife.

Cut the ginger into slices.

Add the water.

Cook it to a boil, then turn down the heat and let it simmer under a lid for 50 minutes.

Let it cool down. Use a colander and pour it onto glass bottles or jars.

If you want to add honey, make sure the mixture is below 40˚C to remain the honey's health benefits.

The mixture can be stored in the fridge for about one week.

Drink it before going to bed or in the morning on an empty stomach. Either drink it as it is or dilute it with 50% hot water. About 1-5 dl a day is good.
