Physicians' Association for Anthroposophic Medicine

The Physicians' Association for Anthroposophic Medicine (PAAM) was founded in 1982 and its striving effort is to facilitate personal experience and knowledge of anthroposophic medicine, to connect experienced anthroposophic physicians with newer physicians and other health care practitioners, and to foster a dynamic and inspiring interchange between colleagues, patients and communities.

Anthroposophic Medicine brings deeper insights to the care of the whole human being. It is practiced by conventionally-trained physicians and nurses who have undergone additional specialized training, learning to apply a broad array of effective natural medicines. This whole-person approach also incorporates art, music, movement and massage therapies as elements of collaborative, multidisciplinary health care.
