This is such a treat, so yummy and packed with goodies for your body.

Avocados are packed with more than 20 nutrients, good fats, protein and makes a dish super creamy and nice.

The cacao is packed with antioxidants, minerals, protein and more.

Bananas provide energy, fiber, natural sweetness and even more creaminess combined with the avocado. And using them instead of other sweetening can be highly beneficial.

Ingredients:

  • 1 large ripe avocado (approx. 212 grams without the stone and skin)
  • 2 ripe bananas (approx. 212 grams without the skin)
  • 30 grams raw cacao powder
  • 30 grams maple syrup
  • 100 grams coconut cream
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

How to:

Peel the avocado and banana.

Get your food processor with a cutting blade.

Add all the ingredients and run until a silky smooth texture.

Topping – whipped coconut cream

  • 1 dl thick, coconut cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla sugar

Preferably you should have a can of high fat coconut milk in the fridge as the water will drop to the bottom and the cream will be thick and on the top ready to use for whipping.

Use a high-speed balloon whip with preferably a cold steel baking bowl.

Add the ingredients.

Whip on high speed until fluffy and airy.

Love serving this in glass jars layered with chocolate mousse, whipped cream, and a drizzle of cinnamon. Some berries is also perfect to add.
