Disease is optional and learning how the mitochondria play a vital role is instrumental. Mitochondria are the organelles in the cell which take oxygen and convert it to energy. As the mitochondrial function decreases, the door to disease opens.

Bioenergy testing is used to measure mitochondrial function. This type of testing allows the individual to create a lifestyle that supports optimal mitochondrial function.

By implementing changes in diet, lifestyle and exercise one can opt out of disease especially in later years. Repeating this test every one to two years ensures success.
